Janelle is a powerhouse with a soft-soul. A dedicated fitness mentor who blends strength training with soulful movement, she’s all about empowering people to feel strong and free. With a magnetic energy that lights up the studio, Janelle brings compassion, knowledge, and fierce motivation to every session.

Expect dynamic circuits, functional strength moves, and mobility-flow transitions that challenge your body and elevate your spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Janelle meets you where you are—with zero judgment and 100% commitment.
She believes in “building strength from the inside out” and that fitness is more than just reps and sets—it’s confidence, mindset and community.
